Apple Cider Vinegar + YOU… my “go to” anti-bloating elixir

Evidence of the use of Apple Cider Vinegar as a tool for better skin and health dates back to the times of Hippocrates in 400 B.C. It’s no secret that Apple Cider Vinegar has many uses but there’s a reason all of my clients take what I like to call, the “Shot of Champions” every morning.
